Each year Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival seems to get a little more delicious and this year is no exception. With more than 15 different cultures represented at the 2020 event, you can quite literally taste your way around the world!
While any visit to Busch Gardens will elicit rave reviews about the dining options in the European themed park, the Food and Wine Festival offers visitors the chance to sample even more international fare not normally available. A total of 15 kiosks offer savory bites and international wines as well as tempting desserts. Looking for atmosphere? Look no further than the Wine on the Rhine Cruise!
Not only are the park’s own countries including England, Ireland, Italy, Germany and France featured, but this year the flavors of India, The Mediterranean and the Islands are also making their debut. Frozen drinks anyone? Plus, as you make your way through the “World’s Most Beautiful Theme Park” you will also encounter a variety of Chef Demonstrations where you can learn from true professionals and even sample their finished products.
Wine Enthusiasts also have the opportunity to reserve a special experience to take your visit to the next level. Make reservations for Pairings Of Note inside Castle O’Sullivan, where Busch Gardens Wine Ambassadors will offer instruction on pairing wines with the right foods. Put their selections to the test as you sample for yourself while listening to a live band.
The Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings through June 28. A park admission ticket is required, be sure to save on yours with a Williamsburg Vacations Package. When you get to the park you can pick one of the dining packages that offers access to the food and wine options.
