Sunset ResizeEnjoy a relaxing cruise along the York River for your private party of up to six people. You will sail in a modern 32-foot Hunter sloop with catbird seats offering an extraordinary view. What’s more, you and your crew get to take the helm and run the boat. Experienced skipper and US Coast Guard 50-ton Captain Bill O’Donovan is your host. A resident of the Historic Triangle for more than 40 years, he offers tours for all types of groups, from couples to family reunions to parties. Enjoy your day your way, with rides of approximately 3 hours.

Sailing 5On the Adventure Cruise, sit back and relax as the wind blows your hair and you sail the expansive river with spectacular nature surrounding you. The History Cruise delineates the Battle of the Capes from the Battle of Yorktown. The Military Cruise outlines our Navy, Coast Guard and CIA bases. A Lessons Cruise offers a compact course on how to sail. Food and drinks are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. A cooler of ice and bottled water is on the fantail. You can rest in a fully appointed interior salon. There is a bathroom with hot and cold water.

Children under 10 are typically a challenge on sailboats. However, parents know best and are ultimately able to make that decision. Should you decide to bring them they will need to wear a life vest, provided on board.
