Known for its Historic Area where interpreters bring to life 18th century life in the revolutionary city, most people don’t realize that Colonial Williamsburg is also a full service resort with several on site hotels, three golf courses, countless restaurants and a world class spa.

Of course if the trophy case seems a bit full, one has to make just a bit more room for the many accolades collected by the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club. The Gold Course which was designed by Robert Trent Jones in 1963 and is a regular on Golf Digest’s top 100 places you can play.
