New Year’s in Williamsburg

For the 21st consecutive year First Night of Williamsburg rings in the New Year with a non-alcoholic family friendly celebration. Williamsburg’s best professional artists and entertainers will perform throughout the city including Merchant’s Square in Colonial Williamsburg, on campus at The College of William & Mary at venues including Pi Beta Kappa Hall and the Sadler Center and the Williamsburg Community Center. The event begins at 3:00pm with children’s programs, adult programming begins at 7:30pm and continues until after midnight. Enjoy singers, bands and musicians of all genres including classical, blues, jazz, R&B, Broadway, country, blue grass and folk. Other performers include magicians, jugglers, puppeteers, clowns and even a Big Band orchestra.
